Group Leader Guide

The Employer Services Group Leader Guide assists all employers registered with us in administering their employee benefits program. Included is detailed information on eligibility, enrollment, federal laws, monthly billing abatements, and claims submissions to assist you in answering your employees' questions.

Although different groups may have different benefits, this information, which includes only Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana's standard policies and procedures, can be used as a reference.

Registering for Employer Online Services and our new eBilling Services will make your work more convenient, faster and easier.

We encourage you to take advantage of all the online features, including eBilling. eBilling allows you to pay your bills online, view invoices and payment activity, print and export information and create reports. Click here for additional eBilling information.

If you haven't registered before, or if you haven't registered since February 2, 2008, send an email to EmployerSecureServices@bcbsmt.com or contact your agent with the following information.

First Name, Last Name and Middle Initial
Your email address (must be unique)
Employer Group's Legal Name
BCBSMT Assigned 9 Digit Group Number (if there are multiple sub-group numbers, please note that)
Confirm your election to sign up for eBilling Services in addition to being registered for our online services

Once your information is received, we will create your User ID and password, and you will have the ability to login and create some additional security information for instant access!
