Plan Documents Viewer
The Plan Documents Viewer is an application in Availity Essentials that allows providers contracted with BCBSMT to view, download and/or save the Provider Manuals, Coding and Compensation Policies, Facility Fee Schedules, National Drug Code (NDC) Fee Schedules, and Resource Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) Fee Schedules.
How to access the Plan Documents Viewer:
1. Log into Availity Essentials
2. Select Payer Spaces from the navigation menu and choose BCBSMT
3. Click on the Applications tab and select Plan Documents Viewer
