Blue Access for Employers (BAE) is available.  Employers will transition and automatically be directed to the new BAE portal throughout 2014.

With BAE, employers can manage account transactions, keep up to date on new health and wellness tools and access materials and resources for their account. BAE was designed to help benefit administrators manage and maintain their accounts more efficiently and easily.

Benefit administrators can use BAE to:

  • Add or cancel employees and dependents
  • Verify eligibility
  • Update plan coverage
  • Update employee and dependent’s personal information
  • View current billing information
  • Submit online payments
  • Request and print ID cards and much more!

  1. New groups to BCBSMT with a six-character group number, register here.
  2. Existing groups to BCBSMT with a Welcome Letter to BAE with a nine-character group number, register here.
  3. All other groups, email or contact your marketing representative or agent.
