If you are a BCBSMT agent, we collect your name, your user identification code, and your password. We store your group policy number if you log on to the Agent Portal as a member to serve you more quickly when you visit Agent Portal again.
If any user accesses our online inquiry system, we store your inquiry so we can track access to the system for auditing purposes.
In addition, you may email us with questions or concerns. We retain your email message for a period of time, including your email address. We use the information you provide in your email to respond to your questions or concerns, to improve our services, to monitor for quality, to personalize your experience with us, and to offer you features and services that more closely meet your needs. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of the information you provide. Your information is securely stored and is used or shared only if required or permitted by applicable law.
This site is not directed at children under the age of 13. BCBSMT is not subject to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act and does not knowingly permit registration or submission of personally identifiable information by anyone under 13 years of age.
Our site contains links to other websites that are in conjuction with BCSBMT for online services. In some instances, BCBSMT provides authentication to the other party to access their system without another login. Examples of thes are Agent access to online sales tools directly affiliated with BCBSMT, Member access to online Individual billing and payment, and Employer access to online billing and payment.
Our site contains links to other websites not controlled by BCBSMT. The information you provide us does not transfer to those Web sites. We do not assume responsibility for the privacy practices or the content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites.
