BlueCard is a national program that enables members of one Blue company to obtain health care services while traveling or living in another Blue company's service area. The program links participating health care providers with the independent Blue companies across the U.S and in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, through a single electronic network for claims processing and reimbursement. Federal Employee Program (FEP)
The FEP website has up-to-date information on benefits, provider directories, pharmacy programs, newsletters and other resources for Service Benefit Plan members. You can use the online customer service feature to make an address change, order new ID cards, or submit a question to customer service.
The Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association contracts with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management on behalf of the numerous independent Blue Cross and Blue Shield Plans. Benefits and premiums are negotiated on an annual basis.
