*Basic benefits for A-N:
Plan F after one has paid a $2,240 deductible in a calendar year. Benefits from High Deductible Plan F will not begin until out-of- pocket expenses exceed $2,240. Out-of-pocket expenses for this deductible are expenses that would ordinarily be paid by the policy. These expenses include the Medicare deductibles for Part A and Part B, but do not include the plan’s separate foreign travel emergency deductible.
Care needed immediately because of an illness of sudden and unexpected onset, which care began during the first 60 consecutive days of travel outside the United States.
Are you eligible for Medicare?
Generally you must be 65 years of age to be eligible for Medicare Parts A and B. You may be eligible for Medicare if you are under age 65, if you are disabled and meet Medicare disability requirements.
