- Dental Coverage
- Pharmacy (Rx) Benefits
- Transportation Services
- Hearing Aids/Audiology
- Rural Health Clinics
- Federally Qualified Health Centers
- Indian Health Services (IHS)/Tribal Health
- Community Health Center Services

Who Is Eligible for the HELP Plan?
Individuals who make up to 138% of the federal poverty level are eligible for the HELP Plan. That works out to roughly $16,000 a year for one person or $33,000 for a family of four. Additionally, to be eligible, individuals must be:
- Ages 19 to 64
- Montana residents
- Not enrolled in or qualified for Medicare
- Not pregnant when applying for coverage
