The HX Pinnacle of Excellence Award is given to top-performing health care organizations that consistently lead the way in elevating the human experience through proven performance in:

This award is based on member experience ratings from the most recent Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems* survey, where BCBSMT excelled in three categories for its support of FEP members:
- Highest Overall CAHPS Rating – PPO.
- Highest Plan and Plan Services CAHPS Rating – PPO.
- Highest Access to Care CAHPS Ratings – PPO.
