Hours of operation changing for electronic commerce services in March
Electronic Commerce enables healthcare organizations to conduct Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions efficiently with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT). Utilizing electronic solutions in your day-to-day business increases operational productivities and simplifies administrative responsibilities.
BCBSMT E-Commerce Service Center delivers customer support to providers experiencing issues with EDI transactions and other online tools. Beginning March 5, 2018, the E-Commerce Service Center hours of operation will change to the following schedule:
- Monday through Thursday – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (MT)
- Friday – 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (MT)
Providers may contact E-Commerce Services for assistance by calling 800-746-4614 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to include any pertinent information needed to research your issue.
