The Blue Directions Enhanced and Custom tiers allow you to conveniently enroll and manage benefits online with additional flexibility and options.

You'll pick up to five Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) health plans plus other specialty benefits, and then set your contribution amount or percentage.
Step 2: Employees access resources
Employees can access educational materials and decision support tools online.
Step 3: Employees compare benefit options
Employees compare benefits options and costs, then enroll on a secure enrollment website.
Step 4: Employees select benefits
Employee benefits selections get sent electronically to BCBSMT and specialty carriers.
Step 5: ID cards mailed
ID Cards will be mailed directly to your employees once enrollment information is completed on the carrier side.
