Total Health Management (THM) Wellness Program

Members work with a Primary Care Provider to receive a personalized approach in addressing health outcomes, with an emphasis on the following areas:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Weight (BMI)
  • Depression Screening
  • Age/Gender Appropriate Cancer Screenings
