The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana current fee schedules remain in effect. While we typically update our fee schedules biennially on June 1, we anticipate an update during fourth quarter of 2026. We'll provide a 60-day advance notification to you through News & Updates before any interim compensation updates are published.
Our fee schedules and reimbursement policies are published in the Payer Space on Availity® Essentials under Plan Document Viewer. Reimbursement policies you may want to review include:

Fee schedule updates are posted within 90 days of rate changes as per our web fee schedule Compensation Policy.
