The remittance viewer offers providers and billing services a convenient way to view and help reconcile claim data provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Montana in the 835 Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA).
To gain access to the remittance viewer, you must be a registered Availity® Essentials user and enrolled to receive the 835 ERA from BCBSMT. Online enrollment for ERA may be completed via the Availity Essentials portal. For additional details and instructions, view the Remittance Viewer User Guide
