Telemedicine and Telehealth medical services and procedures are covered under some Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana's (BCBSMT) health care plans as in-network doctor visits.

Our Virtual Visits solution, powered by MDLIVE, lets your clients have a live consultation with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE doctor or therapist. This can happen 24 hours a day, seven days a week by online video or mobile app.1, 2
Instead of going to the office, clients can talk while at home, work or many other places. And, a virtual visit can cost less than going to the urgent care clinic or emergency room.
