The Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) Fee Schedules are updated biennially. The next full Fee Schedules update will occur on June 1, 2022. Any interim compensation updates will be published on the BCBSMT Secure Provider Portal with a 60-day advance notification to providers.
