What’s New: AIM Specialty Health® (AIM) has changed its name to Carelon Medical Benefits Management (Carelon) effective March 1, 2023.
Following this change, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) will be making updates on our website to our utilization management page and related resources.
You will notice this name change: Carelon Medical Benefits Management (formerly known as AIM Specialty Health).
What do I need to do:
You don’t have to do anything. You will continue to follow your normal processes, use the same phone numbers and web addresses, including the AIM ProviderPortal, that you currently use for utilization management with BCBSMT.
