Effective March 25, 2020, HMK members receiving healthcare services were not charged copayments during the COVID-19 emergency period. These are the payments, usually $3 or $5, charged when visiting a healthcare provider for some services. Copayments for inpatient (hospital) services, $25, were also not charged during this time. Copayments will begin again for services received effective July 1, 2023.
