Eligibility

To enroll in a Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan, you must have both Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B.

You must also live in one of the following counties:

• Beaverhead, Big Horn, Broadwater, Carbon, Cascade, Chouteau, Deer Lodge, Fergus, Flathead, Gallatin, Granite, Hill, Jefferson, Lake, Lewis and Clark, Lincoln, Madison, Missoula, Park, Powell, Ravalli, Sanders, Silver Bow, Stillwater, Sweet Grass, Teton, or Yellowstone county  where PPO plans are available.
