If you can’t enroll in Medicaid or Medicare, recently lost Medicaid coverage or don’t get health insurance through your job, you can buy an Individual and Family health plan.

Medicare

As a current BCBSMT member, you have many options to choose from with our Medicare plans. By choosing one of our plans, you can stay with the company you trust. If you’ve just lost your Medicaid coverage and are 64+, you may be able to get a BCBSMT Medicare plan.

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period is open. Sign up for your Medicare plan by Dec. 7.
