Access to Care

In 2023, we renewed our efforts to advance resources and programs that address the social and economic factors that influence our ability to achieve our best health.

Amplifying the work of our community outreach and clinical teams, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana is teaming up with mental health advocates, food banks, youth sports programs, and other local initiatives to support the well-being of Montanans.

With our Big Blue Sky Initiative^SM, we invested more than $1 million in Montana organizations with major grants funded by the Blue Impact^SM program.

Our People

Our more than 400 Montana employees bring our purpose to life. It’s in the compassion they bring to helping members get the care and resources they need for health and wellness.

It’s in the way they collaborate with one another and bring diverse experiences and perspectives to their work. And it’s in the tremendous dedication they show volunteering with hundreds of organizations that are making an impact in our communities.
