The Member Payment Portal will be under maintenance on:

Sunday, January 15th between 12 a.m. – 6 a.m. CT. 

Here's how this may affect you:

If you want to buy a plan

If you are an applicant enrolling in a new plan during this time, please select the “pay later” option in your application and finish enrolling. You can submit your first-time payment later on the Pay My Bill page. This will not affect you application.

If you’re a Medicare member

You will not be able to make payments during this time.

If you’re an Individual and Family member

You may not be able to schedule or make one-time payments during this time. Payments already scheduled will not be affected.
