Medicare Advantage plans may offer coverage for Virtual Visits benefits, provided by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana and powered by MDLIVE.
With Virtual Visits your appointment will be with an independently contracted, board-certified MDLIVE provider for minor, non-emergency conditions by phone, mobile app or online video anytime, anywhere, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Talk to a provider immediately or schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.

MDLIVE® is a separate company that has contracted with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Montana (BCBSMT) to provide virtual visit services for members with coverage through BCBSMT. MDLIVE is solely responsible for its operations and for those of its contracted providers. Virtual Visits may not be available to all BCBSMT members.
Coverage for preventive and comprehensive dental care is available through some Blue Cross Medicare Advantageplans.
Through our partnership with TruHearing®, some Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans may provide coverage for routine hearing exams as well as discounts on hearing aids.

Over the Counter
Your Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plan may provide coverage for over the counter (OTC) drugs and other health related pharmacy products. Members may select these item(s) from a catalog and have them shipped directly to them.

Blue Cross Medicare Advantage plans include the SilverSneakers Fitness Program to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. Members have access to thousands of participating locations across the country. Some locations even offer group exercise classes led by trained instructors at select locations.
