Making Payments Easier for Applicants and Producers

The first premium payment is required to effectuate coverage for individual and family qualified health plans. The best payment option for your clients is to pay online.
Pay online:
- At the top of every page of our site, there is a "Pay" button. Select it.
- Choose “Pay My Bill - IFM.”
- Under "Your Online Payment Options," click “Pay your first premium."
- Applicants can pay with the last four digits of their Social Security number, birthdate and ZIP code.
Pay by phone: Applicants can call Customer Service at 1-855-258-8471 and use our automated interactive voice response system. Select 1 at the first payment prompt.
Making payments on behalf of a current member? A new payment option is now available. The menu is below.

Choose Option 4 to connect to our automated payment system, where you can make payments on behalf of your clients. That means you can now initiate payments on multiple client accounts. Listen carefully to the detailed instructions when you choose Option 4.
Note: No changes have been made to the other options previously available other than the order of the options.
