The 2026 deductible amounts in the Medicare Supplement Outlines of Coverage (English and Spanish versions) were updated as of Jan. 1, 2026.

What to do now:

• Download the updated OOCs. They are available via the Forms and Documents lookup tool on our Medicare site and in the Medicare Supplement Digital Enrollment Kit on the Producer Supply Portal. . Refer to footnotes on Pages 1-2 for specific deductible amounts. Search DigiKit-English-2026 MT MedSupp Digikit (363820.1025) to find the kit on the Producer Supply Portal.
• Remove all outdated OOCs from your distribution. Only use the most current OOC when discussing 2026 Medicare Supplement deductibles with your clients.
