Help Members Manage Their EOBs Through MyPrime.com

MedicareBlue℠ Rx (PDP) members can get their Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) faster and cut down on the clutter by switching to secure, online delivery of EOBs on MyPrime.com.

How to sign up:

  1. Members can update their prescription drug communication preferences online.
  2. Members will need to register with MyPrime.com by clicking on the Register button at the top of the page.
  3. Next, members will have to populate the fields with the appropriate information to register their account and read and accept the terms of use.
  4. Once registration is complete, members can select Communication Preferences under the dropdown next to their name to opt into receiving email messages and access their electronic EOBs.
  5. After opting in, they can access their electronic EOBs under the Forms tab at the top of the page.
  6. Members will receive an email notification when a new EOB is available on their MyPrime portal.

Members can also use MyPrime.com to:

  • Check medication cost and coverage
  • See prescription history
  • Find in-network pharmacies and compare pricing
  • See home delivery options and more
