If you applied for a health care plan, or chose a new plan during 2020 Open Enrollment Period (OEP), you should get your new member ID cards by early January 2020.
It has details like your policy number and our Customer Service phone number.
If you have a PPO health plan, you and any covered dependents will get member ID cards in your name only. If you have an HMO plan, any covered dependents will get an ID card with their name and yours.
You should also get your Member Kit by early January 2020.
